The next Let’s Bake event will hopefully raise (ahem) your attention – it’s dough time!
An early celebration of Real Bread Week (14-22 May), our meeting on the 2nd May will celebrate all things bread related. Any sweet or savoury bake with the inclusion of yeast will be welcome! You could choose to bring a simple loaf, a batch of baked doughnuts, sweet pastries or a homemade foccacia!
As well as time to try all the goodies on hand, Elizabeth and Lindsay from local Highland baking businesses Capability Browns and The Bread Pedlar will also be teaming up to tell us more about making real bread.
